Thought i'd give this a go, and share my progress and updates with everyone, so to introduce myself, i'm Matthew, 20 years old currently living in Leeds, at university studying PE. I'm currently being coached by George Osborne on track to gain some decent mass before looking to compete in 2020, likely in mens physique, but we'll see what happens!
so my current stats are i'm 164cm tall, currently weighing around 138lbs really wanting to push up and get crazy strong add some decent tissue and go from there :).

so today hit final upper session of this training block, happy with where i'm at currently. Ill add in some physique shots below and leave today's session below as to what i hit today! Plenty of PB's at the gym i'm going to be training at over the next 5 months whilst being back in Manchester, which will give me something to work on a lot over the summer with plenty of kit i'm happy to use.
Flat Machine Chest press

with my year at University coming to an end, stress has been a little higher and will probably continue to be for the next 2-3 weeks, but after final exams are over ALL my efforts are going to be put into this, because i love it!
Push Pull Legs, rest, repeat will be in play and followed to the T. no slacking when there's no excuses. Aiming to push up body weight to where it's never been before (goal is around 150lbs at 163cm) and get strong as possible in all movements.
Originally i had looked at men's physique as something i would love to do due to how my body composition is and majority of body fat in lower limbs. But i'm really looking to bring my legs up, and to set a challenge for myself over the next year or 2. Get a set of wheels to be proud of and show people my efforts, as well as show myself anything is possible.
Now that i have more time, i will keep this updated regularly.
Deload finishing today after last few sessions having a few slight tweaks on some movements. But looking to now update this log every few days, maybe every week about how training, nutrition and progression is going. Got a goal in sight now which is definetly going to keep me on track if i want to do well in this industry. Mens physique to start with.... and lets just see what happens after- it could be junior bodybuilding if ALL the fat comes off...
