Sorry if post is in wrong place....ive been a member on here for a few months im nearly 40 and love training with the weights i really enjoy body building but have learnt more in the past 2 years than all the time in my life im not someone wjho wants to compete but wants to continue to build muscle and look god right through to my old age i used to be a personal trainer and i occasionally help people but also work full time and to pay the bills and support the family my favourite time of day to train is about 5:30AM my i do push pull upper and push pull lower all on the 4 seperate days any more days are a bonus. This was just a mini introduction from me and im from manchester and my @jaysfitnessco on insta if im allowed to add this guys 🙏

No plans to compete but following a lower back injury a few years ago I’m building my dead’s from scratch this time it’s using sumo trained all my life but more in various fitness type things cardio etc but the past 2-3 years my resistance training to build muscle has improved so much with my education improving..
I just like to look good as I had a lot of body confidence issues as a youngster but bodybuilding at a non competitive level has given me a much better sense of well being and self confidence with the way I look for me not others.
Having had a history of mental illness issues I’m manage fine daily with training using a log book 💪🏻
not currently set any goals to talk about ATM im happy with how life is currently i work full time and do dad duties and fit the gym in 4/5 times a week for weights and excited to start another new job 15 january 🙏
