What is good guys!
I hope you're all well, so my name is Celso I'm 24 and I'm from London.
I thought I'd document my Off-Season here as it's a very good platform to go more in depth with it all, plus a great way to keep me accountable with myself.
I'm the kind of person that is always striving to learn so by all means if you guys follow the log and have any thoughts you'd like to share about changes I should make etc... and back it up with good evidence and thought to why I should do so I'm happy to give it a go, I'm by no means an expert and I'm always happy to learn and try new approaches.
In terms of goals in the mean time the overall goal is to really just improve my physique top to bottom, I have no competitions in mind whatsoever with my last one being last year Men's Physique w/ UKBFF.
So now that, that's all out of the way I'll go a bit more into detail with my Training and Nutrition.

Current Training Split: Push/Pull/Legs
Breakdown: Pull / Rest / Legs / Push / Rest / Repeat w/ 3 different Training rotations each.
-Nutrition-
Training Day Macros: 500g Carbs, 65g Fat, 185g Protein
Rest Day Macros: 150g Carbs, 93g Fat, 185g Protein
