Whats up everybody hope you are all well, first off thanks to AJ for creating & always putting out good content, I came to AJ in late April of this year wanting to compete as a bodybuilder but I need way more size and I am in no rush, been training for just over 2 years and eating right for almost too started off with the old "bro" ways of thinking but the more mistakes I made the more I learned, since working with AJ I have gained strength and size and I am in love with the process, excited to follow a long with all of your progress! Stay ticking boxes guys!

What up everybody! Hope you all are well just finished my last session of the week (upper) checked in with AJ and waiting for his feedback tomorrow morning! just thought I'd share how I been capping off dem macros for the past few months I'd say:
100g of oats, Almond butter (10-20g depending on my meals prior) 2 whole eggs and 100g of asparagus, a bit lighter on the protein and higher on the fats than my other meals but it helps me sleep like a baby, plus I train in the mornings I noticed a difference eating like this pre bed energy in the gym is so much higher! I usually keep my meals very similar (I like keeping shit simple and sticking to the basics) but if it works why change it plus I enjoy it and prefer whole foods over the pop tarts and oreos any day! I hope you guys all had a good week and are smashing it and getting shit done!
Not going to lie that was one hard session usually takes me two hours in the gym to go through these lower body sessions!
Hip Thrusts, Stiffed Leg DL and Lunges in one workout always give me some serious soreness in my glutes :D I also really love the intensity of my lower body sessions! There's nothing better than the feeling afterwards!!!

Lower B:
Squat 3x12
Hip Thrusts 4x10-15
Stiff Leg Deadlifts (Dumbbells) 3x10-15
Leg Press 4x10-20 (strict 1 min rest between sets)
Dumbbell Goblet Squats 3x15-20
Single Leg Leg Curl 3x10-15
Calf Raises 3x10-15
Going to finish off with some cable crunches

Thought I'd share my progress 15 weeks into my gaining phase vs 18 weeks with AJ, we decided to take away some back volume and focus more on my anterior chain, excited for whats to come!
