Appetite currently is not great but I'm plodding along and getting the food in. Training has been SO good recently and its really showing in my current physique.

I hope everyone has had a good week of training. mines beeeen sooo epic!
BW - 178.5av which is about 0.3 up on last week which is fine. The last 4 week bodyweight has slowly risen at a nice and slow rate. I can see myself gaining potentially .05 this week but right now I'm not really bothered about what I weigh which is nice especially when gaining.

Few questions:
1- I recall you saying macros did change on non training days, as Aj recently started doing too, prioritizing fats. Is that the case? If so, what are they then, are you liking/feeling the desired benefits?
2- Once again, if memory isn't already failing on me, off the top of my head I think your split is something like Back & Shoulders / Legs / Chest & Arms / Back & Shoulders / Legs / Upper
Is that it? I often times see videos of you deadlifting on back days, but very recently Aj posted his which were on a lower session (I know he rotates them with DB RDL's) - do you treat it as a back, or glute/ham compound?
