I am currently training 5 days a week but I'm struggling to recover.
Split look like
Push, Legs, Rest, Pull, Push, Rest, Pull
All programming is similar to AJs (top set back off approach)
I prefer my splits to run over a 7 day cycle so I have set days of the week for set sessiom (for example Monday is always Push) this is the only way I can program due to work commits so an 8 day Split would not work for me.
I'm thinking of going down to 4 days per week
Would Push, legs, Rest, Pull, Rest, upper, Rest be a good idea for 4 days per week?
