Lat Pulldowns 2x 8-12
Reverse fly 2x 15-20
Lateral raise 2x 10-15
Pec dec 2x 10-15
LOWER A
Back Squat 3x 5-8
RDL 3x 8-12
Bulgarian Split-squat 2x 10-15
Leg curl 2x 10-15
Seated calf raise 2x 10-15
Decline crunch 2x 10-15
Cable crunch 2x 10-15
UPPER B
Seated DB press 3x 8-12
Bent over row 3x 8-12
Incline DB press 3x 8-12
Pull ups 2x 10-15
Tricep pushdown 2x 10-15
Barbell curls 2x 10-15
Lateral raises 2x 15-20
Pec dec 2x 10-15
LOWER B
Deadlift 3x 8-12
