For how advanced people is this program? JP seems to be very strict with FB, UL and PPL Splits what he recommends for people

yeah i know its a ppl split ;) little over 2 years, just been part of trainedbyjps site (wich aj is kinda inspired) and his toughts are that ppl is for people whos reallreally advanced. Im on UL split atm

There are 2-3 warmups and you do 2 working sets : one in a rep range 8-10 and a back off RP style with 3 failure points : 10-15 reps fail , 3-5 deep breaths , all out failure , 3-5 deep breaths ,all out failure , DONE.
If that´s too much volume just do one back off to failure without any intensifiers.

can you explain what is "RP in Straight Set". EX: Lat Pulldown 2 1x 8-10 / 1x RP 2 - 3 Straight Sets
