Hi Guys, I finished long and gruelling cut phase around 3 months and I have been just above maintenance since then. I really want to push things now and I have decided on a
Mon - Rest
Tue - Push
Wed - Pull
Thu - Legs
Fri - Rest
Sat - Upper
Sun - Lower
My main issue is fitting all my exercises in those days and not over-doing it. So any advice for exercise selection, would be much appreciated.

Hey Joe - Bit of a broad question but I'm guessing you are asking more so with relevance to the compound moves?
In that case - Push - flat compound press, barbell shoulder press
Pull - row compound
Legs - Squat /quad focus
Off
Upper - Incline compound press, db shoulder press, chest supported row
Legs - Deadlift /ham focus
