Hey A.J I would like your thoughts on my training set up.Currently running a hybrid PPLUL split and i have only one rotation of each except lower (2 rotations).How could I implement more variety if i train each PPU just once a week?.

Hey Olah,
Simple answer here dude.
Keep the two lower rotations. Run a PUSH PULL AND UPPER (A and B) (changing each week) and but only change/add additions when something starts to stall!
