Hi all bit if annopen qustion but first post so here goes. post training sorness from my push pull sessions seem to always be in my strongest parts i.e legs, arms sometimes chest and lats.
however i hardly ever ever get post trainjng soreness in my rear delt, medial delt and upper/ middle back and traps and was wondering it anyone has any augggestions that may help me. i think i hit them all evenly but it is to much of a coicidence that the weaker body parts rarley get sore so any thoughts help or observations is appreciated
Aj following this I have really concentrated on the contraction and have found that cable row I can easily get the connection and contraction .. with t bar row and Dumbell row not so much .. is there any excerises anyone recommends for good rear delt and trap contraction to really feel the movement
